Enter this 120 acre and travel on your own 1,400 ft of road. This property is wetland. Great for Bird hunting and deer. Most of it is marsh. There is a dike system to get around walking or four wheeling to hunting spots. There are 3 or 4 places on the road which is high ground to place campers or a hunting cabin. No electric no restrictions no government you do whatever you want. OWNERS DESCRIPTION: I have put red dots in the two primary deer stand locations. The one closest to the road I use a tree climber and don’t have a stand there currently. The second red dot I have tree steps and a permanent stand and that can stay with the property. I also put yellow dots where there are a couple more sections of hardwoods one could probably put another stand although I have not done so. The best, most accessible place for a camper or small shack would be right off the driveway (rauskaskas road on the map). That entire treed area is dry year round. I have cut a 4 wheeler path through that wooded area that goes back toward the dike system that runs to the second stand area. I also placed a green dot on the pond area where I goose hunt. Again, because the land has a corner of the pond you have access to hunt the entire pond. The cranberry operation neighboring the property does not hunt so it has been my own personal waterfowl hunting area. It is an excellent goose hunting spot. There are also ducks throughout the property. There is a small island out on that pond where I put my goose blind and decoys.
